Joytishna Kumar (Known as "Joy")
Empower Mortgage Solutions - Founder/Director
A Commercial Banking professional with 17 years' experience in business development, networking, lending, sales, facilitating, project management & Leadership, Joy has worked in different areas within financial services ranging from Retail, Business and Corporate banking, and also shared group services.
In her time working at Westpac as a Commerical Banking Relationship Manager and at NAB as a Senior Business Banking Manager, she has a proven track record of exceeding targets, delivering excellent customer service and team work, building rapport and working effectively with business partners to provide a 'total financial care' approach for her clients.
Joy has extensive experience in structuring complex loans including property development. She has also done secondments as a Credit Manager, where was responsible to approve loans.
Customer service excellence is paramount to Joy, and she believes in adding value to each of her clients.
Complemented by a Bachelors Degree in Business (Accounting) as well as other business certifications including the Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, you know you are in the right hands.

Shaun loves working with his customers and connecting them one step closer to their dreams. He is passionate about pursing and continually developing his skills and knowledge to help others. He loves challenging himself daily to push his limits to develop new skills and improve existing skills to help connect clients with suitable mortgage solutions that let them achieve their financial objectives.
Shaun's experience includes both private and public sector. His education includes: Bachelor of Information Communications Technology, Diploma in Project Management and a range of IT and Business certifications.
